Ego Death
spirituality
complete loss of subjective
self-identity
Life is meaningful once it is dedicated to the greater good. The death of my ego has shaped me into who I am today. I am not here to serve my ego, or focus on meaningless worldly attachments. I am here to find the extraordinary in the ordinary, and to give voice to the unspoken. Let us bring awareness to what matters; physical and psychological well-being, happiness, culture, and diversity through art and design. Let us bring an end to the meaningless, bourgeois, self-centric designs and help rebirth a strong, contextual, thoughtful, and community-oriented work.
Following The Dream
The dream of creating a work environment that promotes diversity, kindness, and equality in the creative field; focuses on well-being, history, heritage, and culture; finds people’s lives and stories intriguing; and lastly, since life is too short, creates fun, unique but relatable, colorful, and thought-provoking experiences through art and design.
THE USE OF COLOR AS A NARRATIVE TOOL, STORY-TELLING, AND CREATING NEW EXPERIENCES ARE THE KEY PRINCIPLES
Founded in Helsinki, Ego Død Studio is a consumer-oriented art and design studio catering to people who value creating experiences rather than a commodity, out-of-the-box ideas, well-being, as well as environmental and cultural sustainability.
Ego Død Studio’s way of work is always in contact with physical, mental, and emotional well-being within its context, history, heritage, and local resources.
I am an outgoing, brave, reliable, adaptive, and positive person who appreciates beauty and excellence and have a love of learning. My strong communication skills and ability to empathize help me create deep connections with all walks of life, and that gives me the purpose of communicating their stories through my practice.
